Leveraging the opportunity of shifting consumer behaviours from ownership to long-term rentals in a Plug&Play format, MPC Capital undertook the micro-living strategy and expanded its brands’ portfolio with Stayurban. In 2015 Spatial Experience was contacted to support one o the the biggest real estate players in the German market in its venture.
Extending the Staytoo’s brand system, we helped developed a new brand focused on employees who strive for a well-connected place to call home in the urban jungle: Stayurban. During the development process, we have been closely collaborating with the project team, developing visual communication guidelines and signage to ensure brand consistency over different touchpoints.

The collaboration with SPX was extremely fruitful. Their combination of a methodologic approach and straightforward working processes with deep industry knowledge are essential to unlock massive brand values to any brand.
