MB275, one of the Dutch portfolio brands of Greystar Real Estate Partners acquired in 2019, is a unique living concept for young professionals and students in The Hague, The Netherlands. Holding the needs and wants of its community at heart, MB275 features state-of-the-art amenities for the best living experience of its residents.
In 2020, Greystar commissioned Spatial Experience, as their trusted expert, to elevate residents’ experience at the location as the building was facing a challenge of social restrictions imposed by pandemic. Closed amenities and social distancing and consequently limited social (physical) interactions were just some of the limitations the on-site team had to face without digital communication channels. An acceleration of digital transformation was inevitable.
In order to support MB275 in community facilitation, we have established different digital communication channels to embrace a digital environment for the residents. Starting our collaboration during unprecedented times has helped us to evolve the online presence of the brand and continue to grow the account even after the initial goal of the collaboration was achieved. We have further supported miscellaneous digital projects to facilitate waiting list processing through the website, and are currently continuing to manage MB275 online presence through social media activities among others.
With an established communication system across various media channels, the team of MB275 was sufficiently equipped to provide seamless experience for its residents in the times of global pandemic. Moreover, bringing community facilitation and communication with residents to online channels helped to optimise the operational costs and reach its audience in a more seamless way.
