Coliving Awards is a venture under the Coliving Ventures umbrella, which is powered by SPX Studio. The ceremony will honour and give visibility to the most thought-provoking and innovative approaches in the coliving sector. The Coliving Awards is a first-of-a-kind event in the industry created to celebrate a unique moment in coliving history by acknowledging and rewarding its best and brightest minds.
Coliving Awards has partnered up with Co-Liv to host the ceremony in a virtual summit during spring 2021. Coliving Insights, the event’s media partner, will release a special Coliving Awards edition this summer. The publication will grant additional visibility and recognition to those involved in the Coliving Awards in front of Coliving Insights’ fast-growing and hyper-niche audience.
The free early bird applications to Coliving Awards will remain open until January 31st (1 submission). Starting from February 1st new applicants are welcome to apply for a fee of €49. Between 18th January and 28th February 2021, Coliving Awards will be reviewing all applications received to select the nominated projects to be featured during the ceremony as finalists.

The ceremony features 11 categories that honour key innovators within the most relevant fields in coliving. The Jury Panel of Coliving Awards is formed by established industry thought leaders, gathering architects, designers, tech specialists, real estate experts, urbanists and coliving professionals.
As founding partner, Spatial Experience seeks to encourage innovative thinking within coliving and contributes to its consolidation as an established asset class.
The Coliving Awards will host a live Q&A session on Monday, 25th of January, 17:00 CET. Caterina Maiolini from Co-Liv and Coliving Awards' co-founders Aitana de Jong, Bart Sasim and Matt Lesniak will address questions about the application process, category criteria, the final ceremony and many others.
