In the summer of 2019, we were contacted by Christine McDannell, author of the book The Coliving Code and also CEO & Co-Founder of Kndrd, in regards of her project The Coliving Code Show.
The Coliving Code Show airs weekly and features a diversity of front-runners, operators & developers of the thriving coliving industry. Inspired by its insightful content and providing relevant
information to coliving movement, we quickly understood that The Coliving Code could positively benefit from our branding solutions. Our main challenge was to create a powerful identity to maintain consistency throughout all media, strongly empower the online experience and help to deliver its messages with integrity and in an appealing manner.
We started this journey by creating a new logotype for the brand with the aim to achieve a bold, professional and minimal typographic look, though evoking a genuine feeling and being perceived as approachable.
The main colour that we selected is a tone of turquoise that is mostly associated with
a sense of wholeness, emotional balance and tranquility which aligns perfectly with a brand exploring different aspects of community living. The new identity was applied consistently throughout all the visual materials of the show, from the broadcasting kit to the intro and outro sequences.
The beauty of partnership is that you foster a long term relationship between two parties that aim to reach the same or similar goals. Adding visual branding to The Coliving Code Show can aid in making a greater impact and bring positive results.
We strongly believe that the new look&feel has helped The Coliving Code
Show in getting higher exposure, getting more recognition and reaching a broader audience.
