Digital Estate came to life to enable the advancement within the traditional real estate industry and specially within the coliving sector. The enterprise is a platform to support real estate enterprises with digital transformation, helping businesses in bridging digital and real environments.
The Digital Estate platform connects products and
service providers with industry players in the emerging real estate sectors to improve the experience of developing and operating emerging real estate concepts.
The new business concept had to be reflected in the unique though recognisable design of the final product. The challenge was to create a strong brand concept and strategy at a very early stage of new business development.

Strong brand message was incorporated in the first touchpoint with the audience. The creative process of ideating and establishing the new brand concept of Digital Estate was conducted in parallel with business concept development.
During the Concept and Strategy phase, we created a visual representation of the Digital Estate open-end ecosystem, initially consisting of logo, colour concept, typography and UX/UI concept. We have prepared the brand to increase its visibility alongside business growth.
The brand concept is based on a simple geometric grid: squares representing "pixels" and the importance of accurate composition in connectivity, the “big picture”. Its shape is inspired by a well known real estate symbol: the house. Last but not least, the grid represents a digital construction of ‘building blocks’ .
The logo of Digital Estate relates to its business concept, brand architecture and the character of the product. It’s a flexible logo, that leaves room for possible future development of the brand system.
The transition from blue to green gives the brand a modern, slightly futuristic look. Blue is the colour of the sky and sea. It is often associated with depth and stability. It
symbolizes trust, loyalty, wisdom, confidence, intelligence, faith and truth. Green is the colour of nature. It symbolizes growth, harmony, freshness, and fertility.
The emerging real estate sectors need to realise the power of digital transformation and start shifting to digital-first scenery by accelerating the adoption of digital technologies. Digital Estate is a gate to virtual assets. It is a networked digital platform enabling software distribution for the mutual benefit of all the players involved.
Through creative collaboration with the development team of Digital Estate, we defined a customer journey and created an initial user interface to smoothly navigate the user in the world of Digital Estate.
